• Verification of software and hardware development for project in the VoIP method (Skype, WLM) in cooperation with Suncorp Company, for Motorola and XACT companies.
• Work with development teams aboard (China PR and England), including arrival to the development spot aboard.
• Writing STD and STP documents.

2005-2006 Internet supporters (Help Desk) in HOT company
• Fixing variant problems related to the internet connection (cable modems).
• Giving service for the clients and the workers of the company.
