At Woodfin Consulting we focus on the provision of services to Utilities, Engineering companies and Government. We know that the business departments in these sectors face unique challenges in just getting things done, and Woodfin was founded to help. We have two business lines:

1.Woodfin Mobile: Woodfin helps organizations use Mobile Computing technologies to make their field operations more efficient. Woodfin focuses on the end user to ensure that the project not only goes live, but is universally accepted by the field force and genuinely drives efficiency. Woodfin offers complete project lifecycle services including business process mapping, project management, analysis and design, outsourced development, testing and delivery. We write tenders and assist with solution selection. We can take responsibility for an entire project, or provide services within an existing project.

2.Woodfin Service: Woodfin understands that IT departments operate to 3-year roadmaps and are constantly under pressure to deliver with increasingly tight budgets. The infrastructure of an internal IT department often does not meet the pace of constantly changing technology.Woodfin offers complementary outsourced services directly to the businesses of large utilities and government organizations, operating in parallel with the existing IT departments. Woodfin services are flexible and nimble, allowing businesses to outsource development and delivery of web-based products or even the IT infrastructure of an entire department. At Woodfin, we stick to our knitting. We are focused, and we try to be the best in our specialties. Quality is paramount and we aim to delight our customers and especially our end users.
