Mr. Wayne Schepens owns and operates WayneWright Construction, a construction management firm based out of Severna Park, Maryland. As the founder of the firm and an active engineer, Wayne Schepens has been instrumental in guiding the company’s practice of providing an entire host of services that include design, construction, and engineering. The idea of offering end-to-end services comes largely as a result of Wayne’s over 16 years of professional engineering experience and his decade spent in the construction business. Recognizing a shortfall in typical industry offerings, Wayne Schepens and WayneWright Construction can accommodate any requests that a client may have and provide complete customer satisfaction. Wayne Schepens has extensive experience in the management of complex projects across the spheres of business and science. In addition to the managerial and leadership oversight that he provides to WayneWright Construction, Mr. Schepens also finances the firm. Thus far, Schepens’ efforts have been extremely successful, with WayneWright Construction earning USD $1 million in revenue during its first year of operation. Wayne Schepens earned his Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York Maritime College in the Bronx section of New York City. As an undergraduate, he was active in the Order of Engineers and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Athletically, Mr. Schepens was a member of the University’s NCAA Division III Baseball and Tennis teams; in the latter, he was Team Captain for two years. Today, Wayne Schepens resides in Maryland with his family.
