Business owner and engineer Wayne J. Schepens is the founder of three successful companies: WayneWright Consulting, LLC; WayneWright Construction, LLC; and WayneWright Designs, LLC. Equally proficient in business and engineering, Wayne Schepens fuels his entrepreneurial aspirations with nearly 20 years of education and experience. At WayneWright Consulting, Mr. Schepens aids software businesses in getting through the initial development phases and into the public sector. Combined, WayneWright Construction and WayneWright Designs offer end-to-end construction, design, and engineering services and take on traditional, commercial, and historical projects. Wayne Schepens laid the foundation for his professional success with a thorough academic career. He graduated from the State University of New York Maritime College in 1991 with a BE in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Schepens then earned his MS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. During his collegiate years, Wayne Schepens earned his U.S. Coast Guard Certified 3rd Assistant Engineers License and his Professional Engineers License. Additionally, Wayne Schepens is a member of several prestigious organizations, including the National Computer Science Honor Society, the IEEE Information Assurance Task Force, the Virginia Tech Alumni Society, the State University of New York Alumni Association, and the U.S. Military Academy Honorary Alumni. Passionate about helping others, Wayne Schepens donates generously to charitable organizations such as Lady of the Fields Catholic Church, the American Heart Association, and several fire departments. Wayne Schepens is also a volunteer coach for Little League Baseball and often performs construction projects for the Junior League of Annapolis. Currently a resident of Severna Park, Maryland, Mr. Wayne Schepens enjoys an active lifestyle. Among his favorite activities are skiing, baseball, swimming, and mountain biking.
