Licensed engineer Wayne J. Schepens began his successful career with a number of engineering positions in the Virginia area. Beginning with a role at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard as a Nuclear Test Engineer, Mr. Schepens moved on to Envisions Inc., where he worked as an Electrical Engineer. After a year with Envisions, Wayne Schepens accepted a position as a Systems Test Engineer for the Naval Service Warfare Center. Three years later, Wayne Schepens was offered a position as a Lead Information Systems Security Engineer and Project Manager for the National Security Agency (NSA). In this role, Wayne Schepens honed his managerial skills through the management of several multi-million dollar projects. After two years in this role, Wayne Schepens was asked to share his extensive knowledge of engineering with future generations as a NSA Visiting Professor to the United States Military Academy. After three years of teaching senior-level computer science courses, Wayne Schepens was promoted to Chief of the Office of Global Network Awareness, where he directed an organization of over 100 employees and managed a multi-million dollar budget. Wayne Schepens also worked closely with external customers such as the FBI, the CIA, the DHS, and the State Department. Wayne Schepens currently serves as the Owner and Engineer of WayneWright Construction, LLC and WayneWright Designs, LLC. An entrepreneur at heart, Wayne Schepens founded the companies in June 2006 with the goal of providing customers with quality construction, design, and engineering services. Wayne Schepens deftly led the companies to more than $1 million in revenue during their first year. A month after establishing WayneWright Construction and WayneWright Designs, Wayne Schepens founded WayneWright Strategy, LLC. Utilizing his wide-ranging experiences and knowledge, Wayne Schepens helps emerging software companies develop into lucrative businesses. A resident of Severna Park, Maryland, Mr. Wayne Schepens enjoys sports, reading, and spending time with his family.
