Vikrant Yeligati, born on April 23, 1985 in Mumbai, is an Indian cricketer, who is a right-arm offbreak bowler as well as a right-hand batsman. As of 2008, Vikrant Yeligati has represented the Mumbai state team at the Under-16, Under-19 and also at the senior level.


At the 2007-08 Mohammad Nissar Trophy, Vikrant Yeligati made his first-class debut along with his fellow Mumbai teammates, OD Gaurav, Iqbal Abdulla, PT Naik and AM Rahane. This tournament is played between the Ranji Trophy champions from India and the Quaid-i-Azam Trophy winners from Pakistan and in 2007 it was held at the National Stadium in Karachi, Pakistan between the Mumbai team and Karachi Urbans. In the first innings of the match, Vikrant Yeligati claimed three wickets from fifteen over he bowled, which gave his team a strong lead. In the 2nd inning follow on, he got the wicket of Asif Zakir and despite his good effort the match ended in a draw.


Vikrant Yeligati was signed by the Mumbai Indians franchise and made his Twenty20 (T20) debut during the Indian Premier League (IPL) series playing against Chennai Super Kings on April 23, 2008. On May 21, 2008, he bowled four overs and also added two runs to the scoreboard towards the end of the match.
