Victor Melendez earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business and a Master of Arts in Human Relations and Organizational Behavior from the University of Phoenix in Sierra Vista, Arizona. A member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Victor Melendez remains bilingual in English and Spanish and holds expertise in all areas of human resources, particularly in aligning HR operations to achieve company goals.
