As the owner of National Industrial Supply LLC in Middlesex, New Jersey, Victor Boski has led a successful career in the industrial supply industry. Victor Boski assisted in starting National Industrial Supply in 1999 and managed the company’s daily operations for several years. Victor Boski now serves as a consultant at the firm.

Victor Boski has held a variety of industrial supply positions. Early in his career, Victor Boski also took night classes in marketing at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and pursued additional studies at Middlesex County College. In the 1980s and 1990s, Victor Boski owned and operated New Jersey-based American Industrial Supply. Victor Boski’s focus on quality parts led the company to success and profitability in the difficult 1990s market. Before starting in this capacity, Victor Boski played a key role in preventing the escalation of the Three Mile Island nuclear accident in 1979.

Victor Boski’s National Industrial Supply employs a staff of 25 and maintains warehouses in New Jersey and New York. National Industrial Supply sells pipes, valves, fittings, tools, consumables, and other supplies, carrying both domestic and foreign products by manufacturers such as Bonney Forge, Penn Machine, Shurjoint, and Weldbend. Victor Boski specializes in hard-to-find items, and National Industrial Supply can source virtually any industrial part, ranging from gaskets and flanges to ball valves and carbon steel pipes.

Currently, Victor Boski is in the process of succession planning. Having transferred his share of the ownership of National Industrial Supply into a trust for his grandchildren, Victor Boski has begun to hand over daily operations to other partners and employees.
