ViewPoint, the intuitive and popular desktop client to Wave IP systems, integrates Microsoft Outlook contacts to allow for effortless number search; it also features a multifaceted note-sharing mechanism that makes highlighting and sharing certain points of a call or voice mail message more convenient. Vertical Communications’ Wave IP offers Visual Voicemail for up to 1,000 mailboxes, and Presence Management, which confirms a staff member’s availability prior to connecting an important call.

In terms of upgrades to Wave IP systems, Vertical Communications considers the growing businesses and extends several products that will help them better navigate their client base. The Wave Call Classifier evaluates caller details, including area code and product inquiry, then routes the call to the most appropriate agent. Vertical Communications’ Wave Call Classifier also enables call prioritization.
