Welcome to my LookupPage. I am an experienced Project Manager with excellent organisational, research, evaluation and policy development skills. I set up EQR Consulting in January 2008 based on my a wide experience of working within the public and voluntary sector over the last fifteen years. During an eleven year period I served on management committees for two voluntary organisations.

 

Professional Experience: 

 

I have developed experience of successfully managing evaluation projects and interpreting policies in public organisations such as regeneration and social care. I use community development principles to capacity build stakeholders and pass on my experience of participative evaluation. I have undertaken strategic and operational tasks such as business planning and monitoring. I use a project management approach to translate strategic priorities into operational delivery.

 

Education:    

 

I am qualified to degree level and was awarded a BA Honours (2:1) in 2002 after reading  International Relations at Nottingham Trent University.

 

Interests:    

 

I enjoy personal development activities, reading, listening to music and learning how to dance!  I am interested in community projects and set up a project African Women Entrepreneurs voluntary to offer women networking opportunities and much more...
