Valentine and Kebartas, an accounts receivable management firm, is operated by a team of financial professionals with decades of service to the industry. Founded in 1994 by Bob Kebartas, Executive Vice President, and Cheryl Valentine, President and CEO, Valentine and Kebartas provides pre-collection, third party collection, near shore collection, and legal services.


Built on a commitment to responsiveness and results, Valentine and Kebartas began as a small firm built around the concept of upholding constant communication with its clients. Today, with offices in Massachusetts, Florida, Idaho, and the country of Panama, Valentine and Kebartas continues to uphold that pledge, building long-term relationships with customers and meeting all their accounts receivable needs.


Valentine and Kebartas’ Cheryl Valentine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the State University of New York and possesses over 20 years of collection agency experience. Prior to managing operations at Valentine and Kebartas, Cheryl Valentine oversaw new client development and supervised an entire eastern region sales force for an international firm. When not enlarging Valentine and Kebartas’ client base, Cheryl Valentine finds time to participate in the National Association of Women Business Owners, the Commercial Law League of America, and other organizations.


Robert Kebartas applies more than 25 years of collection agency experience to his work at Valentine and Kebartas. Prior to founding Valentine and Kebartas, Robert Kebartas graduated with an undergraduate degree in business management from Lesley College and served as Senior Vice President of Operations for a well-known international agency. Robert Kebartas actively participates in the American Collectors Association International, the New England Adjustment Managers Association, and other groups.
