Project Manager for Workforce Management software company.  Role involves organising all aspects of the project rollout including managing configuration and integration teams, producing project plans and ensuring software is delivered in accordance with the plan.  Projects are across multi-sector including manufacturing, hospitality and logistics.  Currently managing 8 projects including a hospitality group with budget of over £100k

 

Jan 2007 – Jan 2008           TimePoint UK Limited

Project Manager for Workforce Management software company.  Role involves organising all aspects of the project rollout from post-sales meetings, completing specification documentation, liasing with engineers for hardware installation and software implementation and carrying out training.  Software is implemented primarily in the retail and hospitality industry ranging from single sites to large multi-sites

Customer Services Manager for Workforce Management software company.  Role involves liasing between customer and our in-house Development Team to ensure system is configured and implemented to customer’s requirements.  Visiting customer sites to gain feedback on the system and improving our services.  Other roles within the company included Project Manager for Belfast City Council.  Originally hired as a Trainer/Support specialist.  Role involved on-site training of our customers (HR, IT and Payroll staff).  Responsible for telephone based and on-site support

Technical Support.  Role involved telephone support for medium/large business in Ireland, the UK and South Africa.  Dealt with hardware and software calls for desktops and laptops
