Tonya Brenneman - Professional Summary:  
Throughout a career spanning more than 20 years, Tonya Brenneman has helped a broad array of companies to improve their business operations through leadership development, strategic planning, organizational design, and culture transformation. She earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science from Kansas State University. Tonya Brenneman joined Gemini Consulting in 1989 and quickly moved through progressively responsible assignments. In 1995, she accepted a position with James Miller & Company as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

In 1998, Tonya Brenneman was recruited as Vice President of The Harbor Group in Dallas, where she led several organizational design, development, and integration projects, as well as directed the analysis of a $4 billion company. She helped found InfoIntegration in 2003 and led the company as President and CEO for several years. Since 2009, Brenneman has provided independent business and leadership change consulting services to several corporations, including Fortune 500 companies.

Tonya Brenneman is dedicated to serving the community. She served on the Board of Directors for Wipe Out Kids’ Cancer from 2002 to 2008; she continues to be a member of the organization’s Advisory Board. She is also an Executive Coach at the Edwin L. Cox Business Leadership Center of the Southern Methodist University.
