About Todd Kozee

Over the course of his career in retailing, Todd Kozee has upheld a high degree of professionalism and ethical conduct in all facets of his work, building a solid reputation among colleagues and clients alike. Immersed in the retail industry for nearly 24 years, Stephen Todd Kozee gained invaluable early management experience at the Kroger Company and Montgomery Ward stores in West Virginia, Michigan, and Maryland. In addition, Todd Kozee enriched his professional training through formal coursework at the University of Maryland University College, from which he earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies. By 1999, Todd Kozee had secured employment as Senior Marketing Manager for Best Buy Co., Inc., and admission to an MBA program at the University of Tennessee’s College of Business Administration, effectively launching the next stage of his career.

Balancing time between graduate coursework at the University of Tennessee and responsibilities at Best Buy, Stephen Todd Kozee maintained a high standard of performance in each of his endeavors, expanding Best Buy’s accessory portfolio from $700 million to over $1.2 billion, developing effective point-of-sale strategies, and ensuring flawless execution of company objectives through retail channels nationwide. Awarded his Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2001, Todd Kozee also earned promotion to Merchant/Senior Buyer at Best Buy. Todd Kozee helped generate $255 million in annual sales for his product category. Agian due to his performance, Todd Kozee was promoted to Store Experience Team Manager, where, from 2002 through 2003, he continued to lead Best Buy’s strategic, marketing efforts in consumer electronics.

As Director of Client Services, in which capacity he provided a wide range of consulting services to major names in retail, including Hewlett-Packard; Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.; AT&T Inc.; Sprint Nextel and Sharp Electronics USA. While exceeding an annual sales quota of $300 million for cleint Hewlett Packard, at MarketSource, Todd Kozee soon earned promotion to Executive Director of Retail Business Development, where, for the next four years, he helped numerous retail clients grow their businesses. Leaving MarketSource in August 2010, Todd Kozee is a Principle Consultant at Kozee Consulting LLC where he helps Fortune 1000 companies optimize their channel sales and marketing initiatives within the retailing industry. Todd Kozee currently resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
