Todd Horlbeck founded Horlbeck Capital Management in 2002, after an 11-year tenure with AG Edwards & Sons, Inc. Using an investment strategy that draws on some of the ideas espoused by legendary investor Warren Buffett, Todd Horlbeck focuses on business valuation and market timing. While he chooses scientific criteria, such as book value, price-earnings ratios, and working capital, to identify solid companies at a good price, Todd Horlbeck relies on methods that are more artful to identify favorable entry points to the market.
In his spare time, Todd Horlbeck enjoys running, including ultramarathon endurance events, as well as soccer and football. Todd Horlbeck supports the March of Dimes Foundation, Make-a-Wish Foundation of America, United Way, The American National Red Cross, The Salvation Army, and Goodwill Industries International, Inc.
