Attorney Todd Elias represents clients throughout the United States. He is licensed in Texas and Arkansas. Focusing primarily on personal injury cases. Todd Elias co-founded the Houston-based Gordon & Elias, L.L.P. in 2000; in 2010, the firm added Jeff Seely as a Partner and it is now called Gordon, Elias & Seely, L.L.P. Since 2000, Todd Elias has become one of the area's foremost litigators in cases regarding the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA). In addition, Todd Elias actively represents Jones Act/Maritime injured seamen injured in offshore accidents or on inland waterways. His practice also includes Truck accident litigation.
Todd Elias earned his Juris Doctor from the Texas Tech University School of Law in Lubbock, Texas. He also attended The Citadel, one of the most elite military colleges in the country.
