Todd Beardsley

Community-minded professional Todd Beardsley brings 20 years of experience to his role as broker at Menlo Atherton Real Estate, a company he co-founded in 2007. Focusing on 24 San Francisco-peninsular communities, including Menlo Park, Palo Alto, San Mateo, and Atherton, his company fills an important niche in the San Francisco BayArea real estate industry. To streamline the process and save his clients money, Todd Beardsley offers cost-cutting alternatives such as commission rebates for those buyers who choose not to work with a full-commission agent.

 

Todd Beardsley attended San Jose State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing and a Master of Business Administration. He joined Fireside Realty in 1991, initiating a successful career in real estate. After a 14-year tenure as a licensed agent, Mr. Beardsley became an international broker for Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC, during which time he bought and sold high-end real estate for a select clientele.

 

Determined to bring the same high level of service and expertise to his local community, Todd Beardsley established Menlo Atherton Realty with his wife, Inna, who also offers her talents in the areas of interior design and staging. Together, the team provides personalized and knowledgeable service during all aspects of the buying and selling process. Todd Beardsley maintains membership with the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS, the California Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS. When not serving his clients, Mr. Beardsley stays busy raising his two school-age children.
