About TJ Earle

Thomas “TJ” Earle, Vice President of The Earle Companies, plays an integral role in the development and management of the family business. In his executive position as VP, TJ Earle oversees day-to-day sales and marketing and elevates The Earle Companies’ reputation as a leader in the road construction industry.

Founded in 1968 by TJ Earle’s father, Walter R. Earle, The Earle Companies began as Earle Asphalt Company, a builder of public and private roads. TJ Earle’s father grew his company based on the ability to handle almost any road construction or paving project handed to him. Today, TJ Earle’s family legacy, The Earle Companies, manufactures and supplies asphalt and paving products for customers throughout central New Jersey. TJ Earle and his brothers, Walter II and Michael, run The Earle Companies with a resolute commitment to environmental friendliness. Recently, The Earle Companies earned professional accolades from the National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA) for quality construction (2007) and ecological awareness (2007).

In addition to his sales duties, TJ Earle manages material manufacturing, logistics, and human resources for The Earle Companies. A graduate of Lynn University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, TJ Earle has designed and implemented comprehensive marketing strategies for The Earle Companies. TJ Earle also performs quality control, market analysis, and cost reporting for The Earle Companies to provide superior service to clients and to develop new customer bases.

The Earle Companies has advanced a long way since TJ Earle’s father first began improving and redeveloping New Jersey’s major arteries and small community thoroughfares. Since then, TJ Earle and his family have built The Earle Companies into a well-regarded provider of concrete work, roadway milling and paving, grading and site cultivation, drainage and utility manufacturing, and trucking. Since 1991, TJ Earle, his brothers, and father have led the way in the use of recycled crushed aggregate, producing New Jersey’s first recycling facility for broken concrete, asphalt, brick, rock, blocks, and soils contaminated with petroleum.
