Timothy McBride Sensata

A Massachusetts-based industrial and automotive technology professional, Timothy McBride spent more than a decade building upon his professional experience in various roles. In his first position as Design Engineer for Texas Instruments Inc. in Attleboro, Timothy McBride was instrumental in initiating the creation of new product platforms and new technologies as well as driving revenue growth. Moving to another position with Texas Instruments Inc., as Engineering Supervisor and Senior Member of the Technical Staff, Mr. McBride also launched new products and developed business programs focused on customers in Japan and throughout the United States. These initiatives created significant cumulative revenue.

 

In 2006, Timothy McBride transitioned into a new position at the Massachusetts-based Sensata Technologies, implementing his comprehensive business development experience and applying it to his role of Corporate Development Manager. In this role, Mr. McBride was responsible for analysis and review of acquisition opportunities that fit into the company’s corporate growth strategies and business guidelines, evaluating such factors as technology fit and revenue generation. 

Educated at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Timothy McBride received his undergraduate degree in Aerospace Engineering in 1993. While enrolled in school, Mr. McBride earned induction into the highly acclaimed Sigma Gamma Tau, a society for professionals in the aerospace field. After completing his undergraduate study, Mr. McBride obtained a PhD in Mechanical Engineering in 1997 from Boston University.
