iPhone 5 - A bit Specifications
iPhone have been issued this year. Since most of you might know, usually Apple announces or releases their new iPhone in June of each and every year (except for the iPhone 2G). As every year continues, more and more inside information is leaked by the various manufacturers and I'll talk about some of that inside information in this article including anticipations for the iPhone 5 price and specifications.
Before everything else, might it be the iPhone 5 or the iPhone 4S? This could go in any event but I'm bending more toward the 4S and this is why. Normally a new model number, such as the iPhone 4 from the iPhone 3GS carries a complete overhaul, including of the body style. No new case or body pictures have leaked out as they have in the last couple of years which might make me believe that the body style will stay the same, therefore leaning toward the 4S. The only thing that would make me lean the other way is that iOS 5 is expected to be released in the fall, around the same time that the new iPhone is expected to be released. iOS 5 and iPhone 5 do make a great pair, but the naming of iOS could just be because it does have a large list of new features. Either way, I will refer to the new device as the iPhone 5 throughout this article since that is what a majority of the public is referring to the new iPhone as. One thing that can almost be certain is that the new version of the iPhone will include 4G capability. Some may expect 4G to affect the iPhone 5 price but overall, that hasn't been seen with other manufacturer's devices. What version of 4G that the iPhone 5 would use is another question though. Since AT&T Wireless is currently pushing their HSPA+ as their 4G with trials of LTE running or preparing to run in some areas, I would expect the GSM version of the iPhone to have HSPA+ 4G as Apple has never taken the chance of putting in a feature (4G LTE) when it isn't guaranteed to work. On another note, it's expected that a GSM/CDMA combination chip will be in the phone meaning that Apple can produce one phone and sell it on both networks which would help reduce the iPhone 5 price.
What about the speed of the phone? Every newer edition of the iPhone continues to be faster than the earlier and with the new A5 chip out, I definitely believe the rumors which the newer iPhone will be the fastest of them all, most likely blowing away all previous versions. 1GHZ dual-core maybe? With the current price of the A5 chip, it is really probable that it could be in there and wouldn't change the iPhone 5 price at all.
