Additionally, Tim Batchelor has contributed to National Security and Military Law, a must read for practitioners in this area, written by Shanor and published by West Publishing. Timothy Batchelor also worked with Charles Shanor on his 2012 book, American Constitutional Law. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Subsea Engineering, a developer of maritime subsurface craft for military special operations and intelligence use, Timothy Batchelor comes to his national security law pursuits following a successful financial career. A senior management-level professional cited by such media sources as The Wall Street Journal, Barron's, and the Financial Times, his graduate education has included both law and economics. Now a Shareholder in the Redot Center for Law and Economics and the Redot Center for National Security and Constitutional Law, Tim Batchelor remains involved in the intelligence and special operations communities through Subsea's development of next generation craft, Redot's close consultation with national leaders, and by philanthropic involvement in the Infinite Hero and Wounded Warrior Projects.
