Thomas Wilson offers many solutions to issues such as water, school, taxes, and land preservation. In the Town of Tuxedo, Thomas Wilson proposes building a renewable energy, co-operative utility that uses IRS 54D funds for ongoing operations. In addition, Thomas Wilson believes the Town of Tuxedo should consider a public/private partnership with Taylor Biomass Energy in order to develop a 30 MW wood chip Biomass facility. Thomas Wilson seeks partnerships with various environmental agencies and assembles teams in order to study the environmental impact of the proposed Tuxedo Reserve development. He has presented studies on the Ramapo River, Tuxedo Lake, federal and state wetlands in Tuxedo, land use zoning, and threatened species to various groups that include the Washington, D.C., office of the U.S. EPA, the Passaic County Board of Chosen Freeholders, and the Ramapo River Watershed Conference.
