About Thomas TJ Earle
Brothers TJ Earle, Michael Earle, and Walter Earle II, along with their father Walter Earle, have pioneered high environmental standards in the asphalt and paving industry for years now. In 1991, The Earle Companies opened the first thermal recycling plant in New Jersey, garnering TJ Earle and his family statewide recognition as leaders in the treatment of petroleum-contaminated soil.
The Earle Companies’ Pure Soil Technologies features a state-of-the-art Class B recycling facility designed to transform used asphalt, concrete, brick, rock, blocks, and oil-contaminated soil into viable materials. TJ Earle and his family’s Pure Soil Technologies factory in Jackson utilize thermal desorption, asphalt encapsulation, and other methods to break down and rebuild polluted materials that would otherwise take up space in a landfill. Additionally, TJ Earle and his executive team limit the amount of untainted matter recycled along with the polluted substances. Through this unique process, TJ Earle and his family are able to pass on considerable savings to consumers who purchase finished products, ultimately lowering construction costs.
Since joining the company in 1995 as Vice President of Pure Soil Technologies, TJ Earle oversees day-to-day operations, sales, and marketing. In addition, TJ Earle is responsible for logistics, quality control, and strategic development of Pure Soil Technologies. In 10 years, TJ Earle has been able to boost sales considerably.
Since the establishment of Pure Soil Technologies, TJ Earle and his family have handled soil remediation projects for almost every state agency and municipality in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. TJ Earle’s commitment to the growth of Pure Soil Technologies and his strong business acumen have helped him land a variety of clients, including several large and reputable contractors and engineering firms in the Tri-State area.
