In his position with the Philadelphia law firm of Marcus & Hoffman, P.C., Thomas Ruggieri specializes in business law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has represented claimants and defendants in tort liability and constitutional cases before state and federal courts. He also handles cases pertaining to personal injury and business disputes. As a first chair attorney, Mr. Ruggieri has successfully litigated personal liability and automobile negligence cases.
