Thomas Holm is a professional poker player from Copenhagen, Denmark, who worked as an IT salesman before taking to poker. He is known for his significant moves both in live and online poker games, ever since his entry. He entered the live poker circuit, when he participated in the Scandinavian Open – European Poker Tour (EPT)/Pokerstars Season 1 in 2005 held at the Casino Copenhagen. He took part in the No-Limit Hold'em event held on January 30, 2005 and competed against 60 entrants. He won prize money worth $8,118 by finishing fourth in the event.


In 2007, Thomas Holm entered the Scandinavian Open/EPT Event Season 3 and played in the No-Limit Hold'em event. He competed with a total of 600 entrants, who were poker pros from various countries. With his poker skills and ability, he made it to the final table and made an impressive finish in seventh place. He gained a good reputation among poker peers and whopping prize money worth $92,548 was added to his bankroll.


Thomas Holm took part in the EPT Scandinavian Open - Season 4 and played in the No- Limit Hold'em event, which was held on 18th February 2008. He finished in the sixth place and $5,497 was added to his poker accounts. In the same tournament, he also participated in the No-Limit Hold'em event held on 21st February and walked away with $6,765.


As of 2008, Thomas Holm has made final round appearances in most of the Scandinavian Opens and has earned total winnings of $112,928.
