I'm a senior hr professional with 20 years experience predominantly in the service industry. Working with senior leaders, executives, professionals and high potentials in the corporate environment, I have an in-depth understanding of the challenges of career management in terms of career planning, career transition, navigating corporate politics and leadership.

I'm a firm advocate of “leadership begins with the leader managing their own inner life so that the right emotional and behavioural chain reactions occur” (Harvard Business Review). High levels of emotional intelligence are essential if you are to achieve your goals, give of your personal best, be authentic and inspirational to others.

My clients come from a broad range of service-orientated environments. Typically they are hrm; business development/sales; marketing; finance; ict; facilities management; legal professionals and/or senior operational leaders. I also coach Oxbridge students launching their career.

I regularly find myself working with those who have reached a crossroads; have a major dilemma; are struggling with their personal brand and/or are experiencing conflict within a key stakeholder relationship(s).

I use an ‘eclectic mix’ of coaching tools including profiling instruments such MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator); Belbin (Team Role); TIEQue (Emotional Intelligence Indicator); TKI (Conflict Mode) and 360 degree feedback to facilitate greater self-awareness.

My coaching style is a 'balance' between support and challenge. I create the space for coachees to explore who they are, what they want to achieve and the challenges to overcome. I enable them to gain clarity and focus to achieve their personal best, to challenge their limiting beliefs and to follow through on agreed actions by holding them accountable.
