About Terrie Spieker
Having started her career in sales, Mrs. Terrie Spieker possesses an impressive talent for communication. As a Sales Representative for Qwest Communications, Terrie Spieker liaised with a broad range of customers and colleagues to promote exemplary customer service. Trusted among her colleagues and managers, Terrie Spieker played a key role in creating, developing, and implementing new company policies and procedures. In her role with Qwest Communications, Terrie Spieker continually exhibited the talent for leadership that would come to define her later career as an educator.
As a teacher for the Littleton Public School system, Terrie Spieker combined her leadership skills with the desire to help students reach their potential. An excellent classroom manager, Terrie Spieker fostered open communication. Keenly understanding that students possess highly individualized learning styles, Terrie Spieker implemented a broad range of assessment techniques. Additionally, Terrie Spieker appealed to students’ interests by incorporating extrinsic motivators.
Terrie Spieker graduated from the Metropolitan State College of Denver with her B.A. in Behavioral Science. Mrs. Spieker currently attends the University of Colorado Denver, where she is working toward her Master’s degree in Language and Literacy.
A Colorado resident, Terrie Spieker enjoys playing golf, camping, traveling, and reading. Terrie Spieker also enjoys helping others by serving as a volunteer for Light of the World Catholic Church.
