Renowned for his creativity in the kitchen, Joe Ciminera has made an impressive name for himself in the world of fine dining. A Certified Executive Chef (CEC), Joe Ciminera began his career at the Hotel Venesia in Milan, Italy. While employed at the Five Star/Five Diamond-rated hotel, Joe Ciminera worked under the master Italian chef Vincenzo Provino. Joe Ciminera remained in Italy for a number of years studying with other prominent chefs like Daniel Boulud, Christian Doulevere, Pierre Manor, Mike Depirito, and Jean Louis Pallidan, among many others.
In addition to hosting "Taste This T.V.!" Joe Ciminera has been the celebrity chef-host of numerous other programs, including "Joseph Plays with Food" and "Eat at Joe's." The winner of multiple culinary awards, Joe Ciminera is the youngest recipient of the prestigious "Gross Bonnet" award from the European American Culinary Council. In addition to cooking for Presidents and other world leaders, Joe Ciminera has written two successful cookbooks: "In the Weeds: A Chef's Tales" and "Joseph Ciminera's New American Cooking."
