T. Todd Pittenger - Professional Summary:    Todd Pittenger graduated cum laude from Rollins College in 1985, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and History. After graduating from Rollins, Pittenger enrolled at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. While attending Chapel Hill, Todd Pittenger became involved in the college’s moot court program, and he participated in the first Invitational Moot Court Team for Holderness Moot Court Bench. During the Sutherland Cup Moot Court Competition, Todd Pittenger won an award for best case brief. He received his law degree in May 1988. Todd Pittenger’s strong work ethic served him well as a student and contributed to his success as a practicing attorney. 

On February 20, 2012 T. Todd Pittenger  joined the Litigation Practice Group as a shareholder in the Orlando office of Akerman Senterfitt. Todd joined Akerman after 23 years with Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A., in Orlando, where he had been a shareholder since 1995. Todd headed up the Complex Litigation Team at Lowndes since 2002. Since 2006, he has been voted a Florida Super Lawyer for 6 consecutive years, named one of the Best Lawyers in America, and was named as one of Florida’s Legal Elite 2009 by Florida Trend magazine.
