The patient returns seeking hand consultation to evaluate primarily the cyst in left long finger secondarily cyst in left ring finger. The patient is not aware of drainage.  She notes longitudinal groves in the nails in these two digits.  She acknowledges the translucent skin at the long finger.  The area is painful at times.  The patient reports that numbness and tingling are infrequent.  She is wearing splints at night and this controls numbness and tingling.  Numbness and tingling has not been recurring during the day.  She has not been having triggering.  The patient works as a second grade teacher East Meadow.
