            After leaving school I trained at The National Bakery School in London,so am a fully Qualified Baker, and have been making Celebration and Wedding cakes for over 20 years. All cakes, either Rich Fruit cake or Madeira, are home-made with high quality ingredients and finished to your own personal design, with every attention to detail. 

 

       Nothing beats the surprise of the recipient of a personal celebration cake, which means something just to them!
