About Steve Thull
A lifelong business development professional and entrepreneur, Steve Thull learned the fundamentals of his trade starting his career as a sales representative for a Kansas Farm equipment manufacturing company. For the next several years, Steve Thull would embark on a number of highly successful business endeavors, including ownership of an Oldsmobile, Chevrolet, and Cadillac dealership, making him one of the youngest U.S. dealers of General Motors automobiles. Steve Thull eventually found his way into the global hospitality and real estate corporation, Wyndham Vacation Ownership, as a sales professional in June 1987. Since then, Steve Thull has ascended through a range of sales and business development roles with Wyndham Vacation Ownership, and at present serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Alliances and Corporate broker at Wyndham Vacation Ownership. The winner of multiple honors from the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), Steve Thull holds both ARDA Gold and Silver Awards for his performance. In addition, Steve Thull maintains membership in the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and devotes his professional energy to development efforts in the United States and Hawaii. Over the years, Steve Thull has fostered partnerships with such corporations as Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc. and the Outrigger Enterprises Group.
A dedicated rancher, Steve Thull owns and operates the Pagosa Land and Cattle Company and Diamond Hitch Stables in his hometown of Pagosa Springs, Colorado, where he breeds, raises, and trains a variety of working ranch horses. Through the Pagosa Land and Cattle Company, Steve Thull sells Appaloosa mares, foals, geldings, and stallions, and ensures their proper breeding and development with attention to natural horsemanship methods.
