Steven Helmholz - Professional Summary:    As a seasoned global recruitment leader, Steven Helmholz frequently accepts invitations to speak at industry forums. At the International Association for Corporate & Professional Recruitment Global Conference in 2005, he sat on the panel Talent Strategies vs. Business Realities: Building a Foundation for the Future. He also spoke at a seminar entitled Capitalizing on Growth at the 2005 Hunt-Scanlon Leadership Forum. Outside of these appearances, Steven Helmholz contributes to the larger professional recruiting practice as a writer. The author of articles in publications including Beyond Computing and the subject of a piece in Workforce Magazine, he recently completed a full-length book. Throughout more than 17 years in his professional arena, Steven Helmholz headed numerous recruitment initiatives. Past roles include Senior Associate, Principal, and Vice President/Managing Director at Korn/Ferry International; Director of Executive Recruiting Solutions at Siebel Systems, Inc.; Director of Executive Talent Acquisition with Dell, Inc.; and Senior Director of Executive Recruiting at SAP AG. Today, he leads En Garde Talent Advisory Solutions, the firm he founded in 2008. Since establishing the company, he has represented clients including Cognizant Technology Solutions, GGNSC, and CDI-IT Solutions. Steven Helmholz conducts in-depth market research to inform effective strategies, provides unique talent acquisition pipelines that garner passive and active potential hires, and employs numerous web tools for better executive placement.
