Founding Dakota Valley Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in July 1991, Dr.Steven A. Selchow provides the finest quality in surgical care to patients in and around Eagan, Minnesota. With additional locations in Lakeville and Owatonna, Minnesota, Dr.Steven A. Selchow has built Dakota Valley Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery into a trusted name throughout the greater Minneapolis region, and the practice is recognized for its affordable, comprehensive services. In his practice at Dakota Valley Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr.Steven A. Selchow treats a vast array of serious conditions, including oral cancer, and performs such procedures as dental implants, corrective jaw surgery, facial cosmetic surgery, and more.
Dr.Steven A. Selchow entered the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry following graduation from the University of Minnesota with his Bachelor’s degree. During his doctoral studies, Dr.Steven A. Selchow learned the finer aspects of the dental practice and maintained a 3.8 GPA at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. Graduating with honors in June 1986, Dr.Steven A. Selchow soon relocated to Chicago, Illinois, to pursue advanced studies in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago Hospitals. From July 1987 through June 1991, Dr.Steven A. Selchow worked toward a Certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and, upon certification, he returned to Minnesota.
Since then, Dr.Steven A. Selchow enrolled at the University of Health Sciences Antigua, where, in January 2002, he earned his M.D. Dr. Steven A. Selchow performed specialty hospital rotations in the Twin Cities area. A member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS), Dr.Steven A. Selchow also maintains membership in the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS) and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. More information on Dr.Steven A.
