When I started my first business, I was passionate about my customers, and made every effort to make sure they where more than happy with my service because I had learned that it would lead to getting me more customers. At nine years old you would think I would have had better things to do with my time, and when delivering papers what can you do to 'plus one' your customer.
What is 'plus one'? well it's something I read about years ago and took to heart. What can you do to 'plus one' your customer today? Think of an added benefit that you can deliver to your customers today, it could be something simple that adds value to your service, and it's better if it's free to them. The key is to consistently delivering this 'plus one' to all your customers before introducing the next one. So what am I passionate about? Learning new things - tell me more about what you do?

I come from a working class background, so I was pushed down that route when I left school, I never stayed in a job for more that five years, and I would often work my way through the business looking for my dream job which I never found - only after meeting Alex McMillan, did I finaly find my dream job - Being an Entrepreneur.
