1. Management Consultant, Accenture, Jan 2007 - Present
Focused on Natural Resource clients, all projects are for an oil & gas client. Projects completed are as follows:
i. Development of Contracting Strategy, 2007
- Working on Contracting Strategy with client to engage a 3rd party service provider to provide maintenance services to client group-wide
- Assessed bidders from UK, France and Australia
- Worked through multiple engagement strategies: umbrella contract, strategic alliance and technical service agreement
ii. Integrated Shutdown Maintenance Management System, 2007 - present
- Developed business strategy for group-wide maintenance, which identified the need for a integrated system group-wide
- Built business case for the system by assessing best practices in the oil & gas industry
- Sold project to senior management, subsidiaries and engineers
- Currently functioning as Functional Team Lead in the implementation stage of the project
- Restructuring maintenance departments group-wide as part of project implementation
iii. Establishment of Central Shutdown Maintenance Department, 2008 - 2009
- Developed business strategy for group-wide maintenance, which includes designing a new organization structure
- Implemented change management program and communicated with senior management and subsidiaries
