I'm an energetic and capable business manager, who is passionate about helping service based professionals - typically consultants, coaches, financiers, specialist advisers and NEDs - grow their business as quickly, efficiently and profitably as possible.

With over 20 years' experience, predominantly in the City, I have a wealth of experience and an extensive network of contacts to help you run and develop your business more effectively.

Prior to establishing Chaos to Calm I was one of the founding members and Business Manager for SVG Capital’s public equity division (now SVG Investment Managers), helping raise assets under management from zero to over £300 million.

I also spent eight years as an Executive Assistant and Team Leader with UBS Global Asset Management.

Prior to this I worked as an Office Manager, Events Manager and Journalist which means I bring proven, hands-on experience of delivering the service areas Chaos to Calm now provides.

I have a Masters degree in occupational psychology, an honours degree in psychology and a Certificate in Stress Management from the Centre for Stress Management. I am also certified by the British Psychological Society to provide psychometric testing in the areas of ability and aptitude testing, careers and personality.

Currently I'm a member of the Institute of Business Consulting, the International Association of Online Business Managers, the Association of Proposal Management Professionals, the Institute of Professional Administrators and the International Association of Virtual Assistants.

 

Outside of Chaos to Calm, my passions include nature, the arts, reading, writing, campaigning, permaculture and ecopsychology.
