As a professional marketer, Stefan Erdtmann possesses a Bachelor’s degree and Ph.D. in Marketing and Sales. Presently, Dr. Erdtmann serves as the Managing Director of his self-established company Oxygen2 Investments LLC. Relying on analysis, the trained employees at this company strive to produce capital appreciation for their clients’ investments and returns for their portfolios. As the supervisor of the branch in Krefeld, Germany, Dr. Erdtmann is responsible for research and other marketing operations, as well as sales and key accounts.
A skilled multitasker, Stefan Erdtmann also operates as the CEO for two German companies. In 1995, Dr. Erdtmann and his brother created UNITED PROPERTIES Immobilien & Anlagen GmbH, a developer of real estate inventory values and provider of professional asset management. In just six years, the company purchased and sold more than 600 apartment units. As the CEO and owner, Dr. Erdtmann directs a staff of 22 and manages the company’s daily operations. While not the owner, Dr. Erdtmann is a major shareholder and CEO of another real estate company, AcasA Wohnwerte GmbH, a development company that focuses on the construction of residential properties. Within the next two years, the company’s project volume is expected to be $30 million. As with his other positions, Dr. Erdtmann manages the company’s daily functions, which currently consist of the development of nearly 70 residential homes.
Having received his doctorate from the University of Wuppertal (Bergische Universitaet Wuppertal), Stefan Erdtmann guest lectured on International Marketing for the institution. He serves as a member of the German-American Chamber of Commerce and assists Philippine orphans through charity contributions.
