Stanley Ginsberg

A dedicated member of the real estate community, Stanley Ginsberg currently works as Senior Vice President of Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate, the most prominent New York City brokerage firm. Stanley Ginsberg established his own real estate venture, Delson Ginsberg Real Estate, in 1986. As President for the next two decades, Stanley Ginsberg exercised his talents in marketing and sales alike, and the firm continued to grow.

 

Stanley Ginsberg left the role in 2006 with hundrerds of exclusive luxury property sales under his belt and joined the staff of Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate. Since accepting the role of Senior Vice President, Stanley Ginsberg continues to uphold a record of excellence in areas of financial coordination, marketing, and time-efficient turn over. He commands three Prudential Chairman’s Circle Awards and recently enjoyed a feature in Brokers Weekly that highlighted his skills in negotiation for a recent transaction. Specializing in the representation of luxury condominiums, co-ops, townhouses and other residences, Stanley Ginsberg obtained designation as a Fine Homes Specialist.

 

Passionate about bridging the gap between the broker and the client, Stanley Ginsberg also applies his passion for real estate as the owner of homes in New York City and a nearby beach community.
