Named Canadian Manager of the Year twice, Stan Czachor has served as National Sales Manager for Osram Sylvania Ltd. in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, since 2005. The North American enterprise of Osram GmbH of Germany, a Siemens company, markets precision lighting products to consumers and a number of major industries. Assuming his role after the business experienced four years with no sales growth, Stan Czachor has achieved a growth rate of 10 to 16 percent consistently since 2005. He also generated significant incentive funding, created a new customer reporting tool, and restructured the Sales Department.
Prior to his current position, Stan Czachor joined Direct Energy Marketing Limited in Mississauga as Account Manager in the Business Services division. In this capacity, he customized energy solutions, designed maintenance agreements focusing on customers, and devised and implemented productive sales strategies. In other posts, he acted as National Account Manager at Sylvania Lighting Services, as Energy Management Consultant at Wintec EMC, and as Energy Auditor at Arch-Tech Systems. Stan Czachor also held leadership roles in sales at Marvin Windows and Doors and at Pella Corporation.
At Humber College in Toronto, Stan Czachor studied mechanical design technology. In 2002, he completed training in Key Account Management at the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto, and in 2005, he finished the Executive Sales Training course through VASS, Inc., based in St. Augustine Beach, Florida. In addition, the sales professional fulfilled a business management course of study at the Schulich School in 2008.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Stan Czachor holds many interests. He remains active, participating in half marathons and duathlons, cycling, running, and playing squash. Other pursuits of his include photography, aquaculture, music, and cooking. Drawn to architectural and landscape design and renovation, Mr. Czachor particularly appreciates the residences of Ontario and South America.
