Stan Duncan Westfield - Professional Summary:     Stan Duncan is the Senior Executive Vice President of U.S. Human Resources and Global Head of Management for Westfield, LLC.  He is responsible for all areas of Westfield’s U.S. Human Resources functions and globally responsible for executive leadership and organizational development. He has over 20 years of HR experience as a Human Resource Executive.   Stan has broad global experience in the areas of executive development, compensation, talent management and strategic planning.

Mr. Duncan joined Westfield in 2002 from ARAMARK Corporation where he held various human resources leadership roles, most recently in the uniform and career apparel divisions.  He worked on many global initiatives including executive development programs, diversity, and talent strategy.  Previously he was an executive at PPG Industries where he held various HR leadership roles in aerospace, specialty chemicals, optical lenses, and consumer products divisions.

Duncan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Alabama.  He also is an active member of the Human Resources Planning Society, the Conference Board, the National Association of Corporate Directors, and the Human Resources Round Table (HARRT at UCLA).
