About Sridhar Bearelly
At ZAIS Group, Mr. Sridhar Bearelly assists in allocating capital to credit assets. Bearelly has worked with the management firm since 2007. Prior to joining ZAIS Group, Sridhar Bearelly operated as a Managing Director and Vice President of an international financial services firm.
Sridhar Bearelly joined the global financial services firm after earning a Juris Doctor. During Bearelly’s first year at such firm, he focused on fixed income assets, and conducted a variety of tasks associated with organizing the credit securities, including quantitative modeling, transaction documentation, and rating agency negotiations.
In 1999, Sridhar Bearelly was promoted to Managing Director. In this position, he underwrote a wide variety of credit securities. Sridhar Bearelly’s training as an underwriter provided him with a vital background before he took the role of asset manager with ZAIS Group.
In his current capacity with ZAIS Group, Bearelly provides advice to management on global corporate fund strategies. Sridhar Bearelly has also served on the ZAIS Group management committee. Adding to his ability to work on a global level.
