Sophia Simpson currently serves as a project manager of marketing operations at Reputation.com. Only a year out of school, Sophia Simpson already has accrued a remarkable amount of experience in a variety of both service and leadership positions. While attending school at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, Sophia Simpson served as President of Trinity College Hillel, where she was responsible for planning and leading various events, as well as overseeing logistics for a wide variety of programs. Sophia Simpson also served as the executive vice president of the multi-cultural affairs, chair for the school’s student government association, and a committee member of the college’s Planning and Budget Council, which was responsible for the allocation of more than $125 million in operational budget funds. While still attending college, Sophia Simpson also worked as a field organizer for the Hillary Clinton for President Campaign. In her position, Sophia Simpson was responsible for recruiting and training precinct captains in preparation for caucus day. Simpson won an impressive 65 percent of her assigned precincts. During her summer break in 2009, Sophia Simpson worked as a teacher’s aide at the Perkins School for the Blind in Boston, Massachusetts. From February to May of 2010, Sophia Simpson worked as a marketing and communications intern at the Connecticut Association of Nonprofits in Hartford, where she used a variety of computer and design skills to assist in the publication of digital and print communications. Sophie Simpson joined Reputation.com in June of 2010, working as a loyalty and programs evangelist to improve customer retention through a variety of programs that she assisted in developing. In March 2011, Sophia Simpson became a project manager, undertaking a variety of administrative and managerial tasks relating to ensuring an optimized workflow. This includes developing clear and consistent project priorities; reviewing project requirements with designers and engineers; allocating resources; and ultimately implementing projects in a timely and successful manner.
