Silvia Ridini - Professional Summary:     [ I got a commercial spirit, that's why I've worked both as a Buyer and as a Seller in medium-large companies all oriented to the foreign markets, especially Far East countries. BASF as Inside Sales Representative

main tasks:
• Manage of Catalysts sales (process and environmental catalysts), coated with Precious Metals (Rh, Pt, Pd, etc.), and Thermocouples for the foreign markets, with special reference to the South-East Asia, USA and European markets;
• Negotiation with customers of the commercial aspects;
• Coverage and quotations of the Precious Metals; leasing, sales and refining procedure for the Precious Metals;
• Manage of the Customer Satisfaction and Complaint procedures;
• Analysis of Rome production plant procedure related to the technical design, samples, serial production, sales, shipment and refining of scraps.

 

Terna - Rete Elettrica Nazionale S.p.A.: is the company in charge of electricity transmission and dispatching over the high-voltage (HV) and extra-high voltage (EHV) grid throughout Italy as Benchmarking Manager in the Purchasing Office;

main tasks:
• Manage of the 2007 Benchmarking Projects: the projects are related to the comparison of the purchasing prices of some strategic equipments and to the purchasing methods used by the company (call for bids);
• verify the position of Terna S.p.A. in the European Union;
