Sigsbee W. Duck

Demonstrating significant excellence over his more than 25-year career, Dr. Sigsbee Duck has established an impressive reputation among his patients and peers as a highly skilled and experienced Otolaryngologist, otherwise known as an Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialist. Receiving his medical degree from the East Carolina University School of Medicine in 1981, Dr. Sigsbee Duck has contributed significant research to the medical community for nearly three decades.

 

This can best be observed through Dr. Sigsbee Duck's award-winning writing for The Laryngoscope, the official peer-reviewed journal of the Triological Society, an organization of which Dr. Duck has been a longstanding member. In addition to his involvement with the Triological Society, Dr. Sigsbee Duck is a member in good standing with the American Academy of Otolaryngology'Head and Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, and the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Sigsbee Duck has held a variety of numerous leadership positions within each organization.

 

Dr. Sigsbee Duck will be bringing his wealth of experience as an ENT specialist to his newest position on the staff of the state-of-the-art Pinehurst Surgical Clinic in Pinehurst, North Carolina, beginning December 1, 2008. Through this position, Dr. Sigsbee Duck will be affiliated with the FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital and the Surgery Center of Pinehurst.

 

Prior to medical school, Dr. Sigsbee Duck earned his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University. A proud Demon Deacon to this day, Dr. Sigsbee Duck still supports his alma mater as an active part of the college's extensive alumni network. A loving family man, Dr. Sigsbee Duck has been married to his wife Cindy for nearly 27 years, and they are the proud parents of three children: Marguerite, Riley, and Zachary.
