About Shoaib Meer
Shoaib is an engineer by profession and for last 1 year he worked as a Planning Engineer for IKAN Engineering Services.
His role involved working with the project manager, proposal team, senior management, production team and the external client to develop and implement the most appropriate methods and sequences of operations for a particular project.
His core area of responsibility included, formulating and implementing project management methodology, drawing up plans and presenting schedule of work using specialist planning user software, preparing plans and schedules for individual projects, monitoring progress throughout the construction phase and comparing this with the planned project schedule of work. It also involved liaising with the site personnel throughout the construction phase, making adjustments to the project as necessary, providing advice and support on the development of the specific system and preparing executive summary for the status of the project.

He now wishes to capitalize his skills and experience in an organization where he can make a positive contribution and increase his professional values and skill base.
Shoaib Meer's Interests
Shoaib likes reading a lot. He generally reads autobiography. He even read novels. He likes reading because it takes him to another world of imagination. It helps him to be more creative, imaginative and to be more motivate. He has read authors like Bapsi Sidhwa, Vikram Seth, Umaira Ahmad, Bano Qudsia and Qudrat Ullah Shahab.
Shoaib loves watching sports especially football. He is a big fan of Arsenal FC and loves watching them in action on weekends.
He is also fitness freak and exercise regularly to keep him fit & healthy.
