Shlomi Ben Haim, AlphaCSP's CEO joined the company on October 2000 as the director of H.R. Bringing with him 10 years of human resources and management experience. Shlomi created and established the Israeli H.R division.
During the last 3 years until Dec. 2006, Shlomi managed AlphaCSP's operation along with managing the H.R & finance activities.
Before coming to AlphaCSP, Ben Haim fulfilled several officers roles in the Israeli air force’s human resources departments.
Mr. Ben Haim is a senior lecturer on management’s institution delivering professional courses on the comprehensive H.R and management fields, holds an M.S.c degree from Clarck University USA and a Business management degree BA from Ben Gurion University in Israel.
