I have disciplined organizational and project management abilities. I am able to adapt to most situations and can definitely work under pressure after working for the largest (Clientbase) IT Training company in the world, New Horizons and largest (Clientbase) national IT training company, IT Intellect.
I am artistic as well as creative. I have excellent literacy skills and regularly receive compliments of how well groomed I am.
I am well spoken, but also an attentive listener which assists me in being able to converse with people on all levels.My full time career has mostly being in the corporate sales of IT Training Solutions, but my passion was always web development/ design and SEO. Having said that, I found myself open to a wealth of knowledge working for IT training companies and made use of it by attending courses on PHP & MySQL, CIW - Certified Internet Webmaster, C# using VB.Net as well as the Adobe suite. Unfortunately due to company policies, I was not able to complete my exams.

With the experience I have gained above in the past 1 ½ years, it has opened new doors for me as well as a career I definitely wanting to venture in and after looking at your company profile and website, I believe I would fit in comfortably based on your company values and principles as I believe it is important for the employee to see the same vision as the employer in order to gain maximum benefit.
Something else you might want to know about me is that I was an entrepreneur in 2001 selling IT hardware and CRM development. This was a part time business which I sold in 2003. This business was sold based on the client base which I built for that 3 years which consisted of Government as well SME's.

Studied Business Management through Louis Group, which was endorsed by University of Stellenbosch.
Shane Joseph - Interests:
Online Presence, building websites, teaching non computer literate people about computers and the internet. When I joined the IT training companies I worked for, the intention was to assist people as many people as possible to become computer and internet literate. Hence, this was my reason specifically to target Government and smme's.
It still was not the ideal way of teaching people what I wanted to because at the end of the day I was still doing sales. I would like to build myself in a career where I would have the freedom to guide people and speak passionately about the internet, computer age and how it may benefit people's lives
