Shahar owns and manages S.B.Holdings Ltd. a finance and business consulting company, among S.B.Holdings are Israeli and International customers. Shahar also owns Mutag-Yashir Ltd: The company operates in the field of E-commerce, sells and markets computers, gadgets & consumer electronics. Mutag-Yashir has also Built, operated and managed the Israeli commercial Internet site of American express: www.shopexpress.co.il
Prior to Incorporating S.B.Holdings and Mutag-Yashir, Shahar served as CFO and COO of field leaders High-Tech companies: Seapass solutions Inc. and Mobimate (WorldMate) Ltd.
Shahar holds a B.A. in Business Management, Finance from the College of Business Management, Israel. He graduated a Capital Market course.
