About Sean Nisivoccia
Sean Nisivoccia’s employs his leadership skills in his professional career, as well as with the numerous community service organizations of which he is a part. Currently residing in Clifton, New Jersey, Sean Nisivoccia attended Montclair State University and gained the knowledge he later utilized in a successful real estate development career. Graduating Magna Cum Laude with a GPA of 3.75, Sean Nisivoccia received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology. In 2004, Sean Nisivoccia joined New Jersey-based East North Realty LLC. Spending five years with East North Realty LLC, Sean Nisivoccia earned several promotions, eventually becoming President of the company. After beginning his employment with the company, Mr. Nisivoccia was selected as Employee of the Month six times in a row, a designation indicative of his excellent performance. After six months with East North Realty LLC, Sean Nisivoccia was promoted to Lead Foreman. After only two years with the company, Sean Nisivoccia increased profits by 25% and was highly involved in property surveys, various development projects, and managerial oversight.
In addition to being a respected business leader, Sean Nisivoccia recognizes the importance of supporting charitable organizations both within and outside of his immediate community. Involved with the New Jersey Youth ChalleNGe Academy, Moose International, and Peter’s Place Drop-In Center, Sean Nisivoccia devotes his personal time and resources to many local causes. Sean Nisivoccia also donates to a wide array of organizations that support education and community growth outside of New Jersey, including the John Belushi Scholarship Fund, the New York Restoration Project (NYRP), and Children’s Health Fund. In keeping with his socially conscious approach to community betterment, Sean Nisivoccia has maintained membership with numerous groups such as the YMCA of the USA, the American Astronomical Society, the National Association for the Self-Employed, the Foundation for Enterprise Development, and The National Music Foundation. Displaying perseverance and dedication in all of his pursuits, Sean Nisivoccia continues to make many valuable professional and personal contributions both locally and abroad.
